Ashish Kashyap is the CEO and board member of ibibo web (p) Ltd. Ashish, launched ibibo in January 2007. Prior to his current position, Ashish set up and launched Google India's domestic operations as their Country Head, Indian Sales and Operations. Before joining Google India, Ashish was the General Manager, E-Commerce at Indiatimes.com, wherein he built and architected a host of innovative application for the portal ranging from 'Online auctions', travel & shopping. Ashish holds an "Economics (Honors)" from University Of Delhi, India and a diploma in "International Masters in Practicing Management (IMPM)" from Insead, Fontainebleau, France.

Pankaj joined ibibo in 2008 and is responsible for managing the Finance and Administration functions of the company. Pankaj has more than 14 years post qualification experience. He has worked with the best of the breed organizations like PricewaterhouseCoopers & Corning Incorporated. Prior to joining ibibo Pankaj was responsible for managing finance and strategy functions for Corning Incorporated in India. Pankaj started his professional career as a article trainee with PricewaterhouseCoopers, after graduating in commerce from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

As the MD, E-Commerce, Krishna drives the shopping and classifieds properties for the group. Krishna is an Amazon veteran, wherein he spent seven years leading teams in a variety of divisions, including search, co-op marketing, global expansion and supply chain. He also co-founded Amazon's Bangalore center in 2004. Most recently, Krishna was the Founder of Mojo Station, a mobile apps and social commerce company catering to the Publishing industry. Prior to Mojo Station, Krishna was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Lulu.com, a leading self-publisher of books, where he established Lulu's strategic partnerships with Apple, Google, McGraw Hill and other key partners. Prior to Lulu, Krishna was the CEO and Co-Founder of Ugenie, the company that started as a next-gen comparison shopping site and later found success with weRead, a popular social media app for book lovers. Ugenie was acquired by Lulu in 2008. He has a Masters degree from University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign, and a Bachelors degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Sanjay joined ibibo in January 2009. He has 20 years of experience in mass Media, Print / Radio / TV and Internet Industry as well. He has been part of many founding teams of prestigious businesses houses, notable amongst them the FM Radio and Television venture of The Times of India Group as also Walt Disney's launch in India first as a joint venture with the Lalit Modi group in 1996 as well as the independent re-launch in 2005. He was also instrumental in the launch of UTV's latest channels - UTV Movies & World Movies. He has done PGDBM from SP Jain University and also holds an Honours in Economic from Delhi University. In his spare time he likes traveling and spending time with his family & Friends.

Rahul is responsible for reinforcing relationships and conversations between users of the ibibo social network through the paradigm of games - answering the entertainment needs of users and using games as a glue to connect people within the social network. His team has been working on rolling out social role playing games with local content, live multi-player games, and also rich-experience client based multi-player games. Rahul has thirteen years of diverse experience in various media comprising television, Internet, interactive media, and documentary films. Before joining ibibo.com, Rahul has worked with best of the breed organizations like Sony Entertainment Television, Cyber Media, and Satyam Computers. He is a professionally trained architect, having done his B. Arch. (Architecture) from the School of Planning And Architecture, New Delhi. He has also done an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM, Indore).

Pratap joined ibibo in Aug 2006 and is responsible for organization's IT projects, technology operations, infrastructure and products' quality. Pratap has over 14 years of experience in System Engineering, Telecommunication, and Internet industry's IT operations. Prior to ibibo, he has worked with Aricent Inc. and TCS as Manager - Information Technology. Pratap is a B.E. (Electronics) from University of Pune.

Rahul is responsible for the revenue generation for ibibo.com. He has over 16 years of sales experience in Media and FMCG. Prior to joining ibibo, he has worked with various TV channels including NewsX, NDTV Imagine, Star TV, MTV and BBC World. He has done B.Sc in Electronics and PGD in Marketing and Sales Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan.

Anoop has about 10 years of experience in the Telecom and Internet industry. He joined ibibo in October 2006 and is currently responsible for the building out the various SNS, Games and Mobile products at ibibo. Prior to joining ibibo Anoop was with Convergelabs as a Technical lead from where he has a patent pending against his name. Anoop has done his Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.

Nikita joined ibibo in July 2010 and is responsible for M&A and Corporate Development. Prior to joining ibibo, she was an Associate Vice President - Transaction Advisory Services with Ernst & Young, part of the Media and Entertainment practice for 5 years. She did her MBA in Finance from Indian School of Business (Partner Schools - Wharton, Kellogg and LBS). Prior to doing her MBA, she completed her Chartered Accountancy and worked in Transfer Pricing and International Tax Division of Ernst & Young for 3 years.

Nitin is responsible for the payment solutions business for ibibo. He started his career as an investment banker with Lehman brothers in their London office. He was in the Fixed income division working across asset classes - ABS, Rates, FX and Commodities - both in structuring and sales. He also later setup a similar desk for them in Mumbai. He then founded and ran one of the largest couponing companies in India, www.khojguru.com, which was the only profitable couponing company in India in 2010. He is a Computer Science Engineer from IIT Delhi and a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
