Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for driving advertising revenue in
the region/ country. Challenges will include:
- Establish strong relationships with advertising agencies and re-sellers.
- Work proactively as part of the Senior Sales Management team.
- Manage and grow revenue.
- Ensure the efficient running of the Sales team.
- Acquire and manage both key accounts and reseller channel relationships.
- Build and solidify senior relationships with top industry-specific
direct advertisers and agencies.
- Develop and evolve best practices for selling (i.e. custom analytics,
market snapshot, competitive benchmarking).
- Work with marketing to develop appropriate collateral.
- Overall owner of all publisher and advertiser relationships.
- Developing new categories of online advertisers and publishers.
- Oversee special projects (future revenue models, strategic alliances,
international partnerships, pricing differentiation) that directly impact
the revenue of the business.

Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years professional sales experience.
- 3+ years Internet sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Internet industry and Advertising Sales.
- Developed analytical skills.
- Deep cross-functional knowledge of sales, operations and management.
- Strategic vision for industry growth to meet the Company's forward
strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, competitive, thorough and a tenacious attitude.
- Ability to think out of the box.
