Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for all advertiser driven Brand initiatives
on ibibo.com This will include understanding needs & problem areas
of top tier brands & crafting creative solutions for advertisers.
- Driving a consultative sales process
- Selling Branding & engagement solutions to top tier brands in
the country
- Crafting creative solutions that engage users in the social media
space
- Leading a team of Account Managers and Operations people
- Evangelizing & educating the market place
- Doing Trade Marketing
- Working proactively as part of the Senior Sales Management team.
- Managing and growing revenue.
- Building and solidifying senior relationships with top industry-specific
direct advertisers and agencies.
- Working with marketing to develop appropriate collateral.
- Developing new categories of online advertisers and publishers.
- Working with engineers & cross functional team
- Meeting and exceeding your revenue quota.
- Enjoying your work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Are you imaginative ?
- Need to understand brand requirements & create innovative solutions
for advertisers
- This is not a regular sales, every day is a new challenge
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years professional sales experience.
- 5+ years Internet sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Internet industry and Advertising Sales.
- Developed analytical skills.
- Deep cross-functional knowledge of sales, operations and management.
- Strategic vision for industry growth to meet the Company's forward
strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, competitive, thorough and a tenacious attitude.
- Ability to think out of the box.
