Head - Mergers and Acquisitions

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities
and establish networking relationships in the Internet media industry.Challenges
will include:
- Conduct ongoing market research and assist develop investment strategy
- Establish net working relationships with investment banks and other professional advisors
- Originate and evaluate investment opportunities and establish networking relationships in the Internet media industry
- Engage with the proposed partners/affiliates.
- Structure the commercial deal.
- Execute merger and acquisition transactions.
- Research and understanding of regulatory position.
- Willingness to travel.
- Lead due diligence exercise with teams of professionals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of investment documentation.
- Participate in post-deal integration.
- Prepare financial forecasts and build valuation models.
- Prepare management presentation.
Skills and Competencies
- Result-oriented personality, articulate, flexible, good team player, attention to details, and ability to finish tasks under tight schedule.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong PC knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA/CA preferably from a premier consulting firm/investment bank/MNC with min. 5 years of experience in executing mergers and acquisitions transactions
